Cheese & Pepper Soup (from Irene) 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onions 1 qt. of half & half 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 c. cheez whiz 1 c. diced tomatoes 3 chopped Jalapeños Salt Cook celery, onion & Jalapeños in a little water till done, add cream but do not boil add cheese then add tomatoes before serving.
